Dr Neal was first appointed as a Consultant Psychiatrist in 1994 and is a member of the  International Neuromodulation Society (INS) – a non-profit group of clinicians, scientists and engineers dedicated to the alteration of nerve activity through targeted delivery of a stimulus.

Dr Neal has a Research Doctorate (MD) in psychiatry and was appointed as an Honorary Senior Lecturer in Psychiatry at Leeds University and at Kings College University, London.

He spent many years in psychiatry within the armed forces and NHS, and now works in the independent sector as Medical Director of Smart TMS.

Dr Neal is registered as a specialist by the GMC and has a license to practice. He has been certified in repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) by Maastricht University.

Dr Inam Ul-haq has worked in psychiatry since 2002.

He began his career in the Republic of Ireland, where he progressed up to consultant level in 2007. He then moved to NHS England in 2015 as Consultant Psychiatrist.

His special interest is in neurodevelopmental disorders in both children and adults (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioural problems).

Dr Ul-Haq works with Smart TMS Ireland rTMS clinic, where he offers psychiatric assessments and follow up for patients having repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment.

Isabel Leming

Isabel Leming has a breadth of experience and training in mental health.

She qualified in 2014 with Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology and Sport at The University of Stirling; before pursuing a research masters in Brain Sciences at The University of Glasgow in 2015.

She worked as a researcher at The University of Glasgow and has also worked at North Bristol NHS Trust as Behaviour Support Worker on a neurology/stroke ward, as well as Role Play Therapist, behavioural outreach service and learning support within education.
