With the uncertainty brought about by the Coronavirus outbreak, it is normal to feel anxious about what’s to come. As experts in mental health, Smart TMS are here to help.
Our qualified practitioners are offering additional support for those suffering from increased anxiety or worsening mental health due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ll offer this support in the form of free* online support sessions with our practitioners who will give advice on managing your anxieties.
These sessions will be tailored to your needs and last approximately 30 minutes. We’ll focus on practical advice on how you can help to manage your mental health during uncertain times. This might include breathing techniques, advice on managing panic attacks and mindfulness exercises – We’re here for you.
